Yeah folks that’s hottest news of the month. iPhone firmware 1.1.3 is coming. TUAW reports via GEAR Live, that with firmware 1.1.3 you will be able to enable hybrid look in Google Maps, rearrange home icons, send SMS to multiple recipients.
Except Google Maps hybrid view, everything else is so shallow. You can rearrange your home icons with 3rd party application Customize and sending SMS to multiple recipients is such an old thing like my granny’s shoes. Nokia has this for like 10 years.
It’s true. Apple Addiction it’s serious problem between today’s youth. Every second has an iPod, every third an iPhone, OK we’re overreacting but in most cases it’s true. There is no people who heard for Apple, iPod or iPhone in West world, lets do not mention third World because that is other story.
Our source claims that Apple started a lawsuit against Slovenian mobile company Tuš Mobil. We don’t know if that’s for sure but we’ll tell how came to that. On 1st of December 2007 Slovenian mobile company Tuš Mobil [Tush Mobile] started to sell iPhones in their offer of phones.
Tuš Mobil bought 60 unlocked iPhones somewhere in Europe. We know that Unlocked iPhones are only sold in Germany and France. We believe they bought unlocked iPhones in France, because there are cheaper.
iPhone gets video! Uau, revolution on third base. It’s really no big deal that iPhone now can record some video. Why? Because some regular phones did it years ago. Definitely it’s fascinating how much time and energy are people willing to spend on hacking iPhone and also “helping” Apple guys to advertise iPhone.
New hack which allows iPhone to record video is named Drunknbass and it’s capable to record 5 seconds of video at 15 fps. Of course this is beta only. In the final version of Drunknbass will be option of recording video with 45 fps. My humble opinion is that iPhone is clearly not enough developed for market.
Well iPhone really sucks for European market. Oh, why iPhone sucks for Europe? OK, let’s make it clear. iPhone is officially available in US, UK, Germany and France. Of course it is in human nature to disobey rules and buy an iPhone or two in those countries where is sold and sell it in other countries where it is not.
And that is why so many Europeans fly to US and buy iPhones and then sell them in Europe for much higher price. iPhone is currently (8 GB) $399 which is around 280€ and for most Europeans is that nothing. Dollar really dropped and that is the main reason for Europeans to massively fly to US.
Time magazine announced top 10 gadgets of 2007. And I have to say, that it’s not really surprising that iPhone won. Multitouch display and really simple interface amazed people all around the world.
That’s probably also the main reason why are there so many bricked iPhones available on eBay. Once you bricked it you have literally unlimited opportunities what you can do with you iPhone.
