That’s just an amazing new app available for iPhone and iPod touch. Touchpad! Now you can control your PC or Mac simply with your iPhone or iPod touch! I already tested the app and it’s just amazing. Touchpad uses the VNC technology, so you connect to VNC server on PC or Mac you wanna control.

It’s also easy to install:

• Start Installer.app, and go to Sources. Click “Edit”, and then Add this repository: http://cnp.qlnk.net/
• After the refresh, install Touchpad from the Utilities category.
• Install VNC on the machine you want to control. I recommend TightVNC for Windows and Linux and Chicken of the VNC for Mac.

On September 5, Steve Jobs presented the new generation of iPod Video, which was renamed to Classic. At the same time, Apple presented iPod Nano 3rd generation and iPod Touch. New iPod Nano is more square-shaped than 1st and 2nd generation. iPod Touch is very similar to iPhone, but it lacks mobile phone features as well as E-mail (POP3) client.

With every popular product like iPod there come thousand of totally inappropriate and useless accessories for it. For iPod are called iCrap. Now days everyone who has a “brilliant” idea for some accessories either is useful or not, makes that crap.

Who for God’s sake needs a hat that holds your iPod Nano?! That’s maybe useful on nudist beach but not in a real world. One really stupid gem is Rock my teeth, you are whitening your teeth with music. How idiotic is that.

If I would say that is excellent, wouldn’t be enough. It’s brilliant! Imagine connecting external microphone to iPod touch and call a friend. Samuel made through Nintendo DS-based SIP app a wroking VoIP.

Of course this is in early stages of development but we will keep you informed.
