MacBook Air introduced on MacWorld 2008
Steve Jobs has finally introduced new Apple products on this year’s MacWorld. He introduced MacBook Air. MacBook Air is known as the thinnest notebook ever made. It’s tech details are:
- Intel Core Duo Processor 1.6 GHz or 1.8 GHz
- 80GB 4200-rpm Parallel ATA hard disk drive2
- Optional 64GB solid-state drive2
- Optional external USB MacBook Air SuperDrive
- 13.3-inch (diagonal) glossy widescreen TFT LED backlit display with support for millions of colors
- Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth 2.1
- Battery lasts up to 5 hours
- Height: 0.16-0.76 inch (0.4-1.94 cm)
- Width: 12.8 inches (32.5 cm)
- Depth: 8.94 inches (22.7 cm)
- Weight: 3.0 pounds (1.36 kg)

Remarkable notebook isn’t it? Starting price is $1799 and goes up to $3098 (1.8 GHz Processor and 64GB SSD hard drive). Seriously $3098? That’s a way too much isn’t it? I know I would be glad MacBook Air version that costs only $1799. What about you?
