Apple sues Slovenian mobile company Tuš Mobil
Our source claims that Apple started a lawsuit against Slovenian mobile company Tuš Mobil. We don’t know if that’s for sure but we’ll tell how came to that. On 1st of December 2007 Slovenian mobile company Tuš Mobil [Tush Mobile] started to sell iPhones in their offer of phones.
Tuš Mobil bought 60 unlocked iPhones somewhere in Europe. We know that Unlocked iPhones are only sold in Germany and France. We believe they bought unlocked iPhones in France, because there are cheaper.
iPhones are available at 399€ (around $590) with 24 moths contract for 50€ (around $74) on month (in price included 1000 minutes of talking, 500 sms and 50 MMS - a little bit stupid, because iPhone doesn’t support MMS). After 24 months you pay 1599€ (around $2363) which is totally overpaid.
Tuš Mobil didn’t buy iPhones through Apple and that’s the thing that obviously bothers Apple. Lets remember that if you buy iPhone at AT&T, than AT&T pays some sum of money to Apple every month.
We don’t know how will this end, but we’ll sure keep you informed!
